Noise

South African Amapiano pioneer De Mthuda returns with Noise, an eight-track project that reconnects with the sound that helped establish his reputation within the genre. Released on August 7, 2026 through Universal Music (Pty) Ltd South Africa, the project runs for approximately 55 minutes. Rather than treating “Noise” as simple volume, De Mthuda frames the concept around freedom, impact, creative expression, and the energy that comes from making music without limitations.

The album includes MAVIS featuring Sam Deep, Skuta Reloaded with Mpumyza, Noise featuring Zar Keys, High Hills with Spumante, Baleka featuring Ntokzin and Nobuhle, Ubuhle Bakho (Noise Reshuffle), Uze Nobani featuring Kammu Dee, and Nkanyezi by De Mthuda and Mnqobi Yazo, featuring Farmer and EL MAESTRO. The project combines familiar Amapiano foundations with carefully developed arrangements, giving each collaboration space to contribute to the overall sound.

Fans searching for the latest De Mthuda album, Noise MP3, or new South African Amapiano music can explore the complete project and its individual tracks. The producer has described the release as an expression of freedom in mind, body, and spirit, encouraging listeners to absorb the music gradually rather than treating the project as a single overwhelming experience. The album’s standout collaboration Sasingenjena, involving Kabza De Small and Mnqobi Yazo, further highlights the project’s collaborative spirit.

With Noise, De Mthuda delivers another focused body of work that reflects his continuing influence on South Africa’s Amapiano movement. The combination of established collaborators, fresh productions, reshuffled material, and an eight-song structure creates a cohesive listening experience for longtime supporters and newcomers alike.
